Our Eden & Lanhydrock rooms have an ensuite, shared kitchen, dining room, as well as full laundry facilities.
A free cot is available, as well as a folding Z-bed, a TV/DVD player, and tea and coffee making facilities are provided. If you have any further requirements, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Onsite parking is free for our visiting guests.

Meadow Oak is a beautifully comfortable place to stay in of itself, but there is so much to see when you stay with us that we know you won't be in your room for long. There's Lanhydrock House, Pencarrow House, the Eden Project, and numerous stunning local cycle trails to name just a few.
Your stay at Meadow Oak is yours to command - being self-catering you can make use of our BBQ facilities and enjoy al-fresco dining on the patio, cook your own meals, or order in from one of the numerous local takeaways.
This gives you the freedom to schedule your time your way, there's no worrying about when breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served - because it's up to you!

There's always something to do during your stay - within five minutes walk is sports centre with pool, tennis and badminton courts, and a gym. We're just one mile from the town centre, and half a mile from Lanhydrock golf course.
We have electric bikes on site, free for guests to use.

The Eden room has a comfortable relaxed feel to it.
This room can sleep up to 3 people with its folding Z- bed whether it be for children or adults. (There is a additional charge for this extra bed at £10/night) I can provide a cot for infants free of charge. I do not provide the bedding for the cot. You need to let us know in advance for any extra requirements normally at time of booking. Private En-Suite Shower Room. Toiletries Shampoo Towels are all provided.
DVD player and an information pack is provided in the room. Tea, Coffee and Sugars are supplied with Kettle in the room.
Room has smoke alarms and fire extinguishers.
The Lanhydrock Room £110/NIGHT from £70 low season (Check rates for during your stay)
The Lanhydrock room has a comfortable relaxed feel to it.
Private En-Suite Spa Bathroom. Toiletries Shampoo Towels are all provided.
